Terms and Conditions of Use/ Service AgreementThis is our Service Agreement. Traffic University its services to you subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Service Agreement. If you visit or sign up at Traffic University, you accept these Terms and Conditions. TRAFFIC UNIVERSITY MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING BILLING By enrolling to Traffic University, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee, and any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Traffic University Program to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Additional charges may include other purchases you make, or service level changes you request. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, where applicable. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that include differing amounts due to promotional offers, differing amounts due to changes in your membership plan, changes in the amount of applicable sales tax, and charges for cancellation or termination of your membership, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. We may also periodically authorize your card in anticipation of membership or related charges. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, bonus disc or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the "My Account" button, available at the top of the pages of the Traffic University members area. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" below), you authorize us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. ONGOING MEMBERSHIP Your Traffic University membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). CANCELLATION You may cancel your membership to Traffic University at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED TRAINING SESSIONS. To cancel, click the words "Cancel Membership" on the "My Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation under the heading "Cancel Membership."
For the Traffic University Monthly program, your credit card will be charged for your specified program at the time of registration and will renew automatically based on the billing cycle established at sign up, until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership any time by calling 877-303-8512. Your membership will be set to cancel at the end of your effective billing cycle or program term. If you are on a monthly program and you cancel your membership before the end of the third 28-day billing cycle, your credit card will be charged a $50.00 Early Termination Fee ("ETF"). REFUND POLICY Unless otherwise expressly stated, there are NO REFUNDS beyond your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee period from your initial enrollment date. The Traffic University money back guarantee only applies to your initial registration fee of $199.95. Traffic University Students can also obtain a six (6) month membership at no cost if your goals have not been achieved in the first six (6) months. However, this guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions. For the purposes of the Traffic University guarantee a "month" is defined as one 28 day billing cycle. Also, because we've found that members who are actively involved in their online program get more results, to qualify for our guarantee, we require you to log in and view any new content videos at least once a week and ask questions on the Traffic University webinars at least once a month. This guarantee applies only to new consecutive six month paid memberships in our monthly Traffic University program and does not apply to any of our coaching programs. To redeem this guarantee for a qualified free six month membership, you must call Member Services within 30 days after your first six consecutive paid months are completed. By enrolling to Traffic University, your credit card will be charged $97.00 monthly for your tuition after 30 days when you sign up for the Traffic University Program (your "Registration Date") and every month thereafter, until you choose to discontinue your service.
